Roann is an exceptionally responsible and professional front desk person. This was our first visit to Steinberg for an X-Ray, but Roann's patience and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Her exemplary service truly stands out, and we hope she receives the recognition she deserves. She is indeed a rare gem in her field.

I was a little hesitant to go to this location after I was referred here for an ultrasound. The most recent Yelp reviews - at the time - were all pretty horrible. However, when I got there, it was anything but. The front desk staff was chipper and helped me immediately. After I signed-in, it was less than a 10-minute wait to get to the back administrative desks and get my exam and copay taken care of. And yes, this sweet staff member also served me with a smile and plenty of helpful information when I asked questions. After another 10-minute or less wait, I was taken back to the imaging rooms where I was instructed to put my belongings in a locker and change for my exam. I loved that they provided me with 2 gowns to be extra sure I was covered and comfortable. My ultrasound tech was also friendly and knowledgeable. We chatted and even found out we have the same OBGYN! For a traditionally not-so-fun medical exam, Steinberg and its staff really helped decrease any discomfort I had. For background, I had gotten this same exam previously at a different clinic, but requested a second version of the exam because I didn't trust the "normal" results of the first one for a number of reasons; including that I saw what looked like a swollen mass on my scans displayed on the machine screen before I left the exam room. Sure enough, Steinberg backed up the reality of my suspicions as this scan clearly showed [my doctor] the diagnosis I had been suspecting for months. Thank you Steinberg [and my new doctor]! You've [both] saved me the cost and headache of more advanced testing, as well as given me a new path to follow for treatment. And your staff were empathetic during the entire experience.

I had been to one many, many years ago, maybe my first pregnancy, not this location, but the Maryland one. We came here, to this location, with my husband earlier in the year (it was a night time appointment, which was very convenient). I came back yesterday for two appointments, for myself. My OB/GYN sent me here instead of Southwest Medical (they were re-routing the results to a doctor within their system, yeah, not cool; my doc opened up her own practice, separated from Southwest Medical). I made the appointments via telephone, last month. I was given instructions for preparation. I was to arrive an hour prior to the appointment. Large waiting room. Bathroom in the lobby. Masks are optional for patients. I was wearing a mask. Many of the people working there were also wearing masks. Very clean environment. I checked in, filled out paperwork. Luckily, I had my doctor's referral paperwork. I was seen shortly by the next clerk; she scanned my driver's license and my insurance card. She took my co-payment. She told me to go back to the waiting area and that I'd get a call back shortly. I'm so glad that I didn't wait long. I went to the left side. I was given two gowns and went to a dressing room (there were four- inside the lockers, there's a sign that says to "take your belongings"). For the first appointment, I went back. The technician was nice. I did the first part. Bathroom break. And then I did the second part of it. Another bathroom break. It's uncomfortable, but the technician was a pro. For the next appointment, I was given more paperwork. But I got dressed (bottoms). I was called back shortly, I wasn't done with the paperwork. She was nice. She asked me some questions about my family history. This part was uncomfortable, but it's the territory. The equipment was state-of-the-art (less metal, more plastic parts). The technician wore gloves. Less cold. Yay! The facility seems to be a fine oiled machine, with each of the components (everyone working there) working together very well; everyone was also professional and nice. The customer service was top-notch (there was a special needs patient, but the clerk was persistent in assisting him, which I was pleasantly surprised, KUDOS to you, Miss). There are separate dressing rooms here. (None at Southwest Medical) Both of the technicians were women. (At Southwest Medical, the location near Summerlin Hospital, it was a male, for one of the exams.) I'm glad that I was able to do both appointments at the same time, so this minimizes taking time off, for travel time, and such. I was done in less than an hour for both appointments. It's very efficient. It's also closer to home, which is another plus for me. THANK YOU to everyone there!
